Artificial Intelligence is practically just intelligent devices that work and react like us, Humans. Its impact on business is pretty huge since it can analyse a big amount of data far more quickly than a human brain could, and has a wider latitude of decision-making ability as opposed to traditional software. AI is able to process info and data faster than any of us would, which means the quality of the data will be improved, which will also make employees just understand the data instead of categorizing it, and using it to make decisions and solve problems. Many companies also use AI as a ‘virtual personal assistant’ to schedule meetings, booking flights, completing research projects, etc. Chat-bots provided a solution for sales, customer service, online shopping and much more, by helping customers receive answers regarding their question, instead of waiting for an actual human being to answer them. In conclusion, artificial intelligence is a concept that has been and will take over the world within a few years.
