For exercise routines within the study blocks the timing is set from 10:20 - 11:00, this will happen on:

  • September 26th
  • October 10th
There will be an E-learning version for students that are not available within the set time, the time for the E learning lessons will be from 5:00 – 5:30 PM on these dates and will be on a Teams meeting:
  • September 19th
  • October 3rd
