Wiley and the hairy man

I predict that the story was passed down around campfires. I think that that is how it was passed down around the campfire because the hairy man is kind of scary, and being in the woods at night is also scary. I think that it was passed down also when boys or kids didn't behave. I think that the parents would say, "don't let the hairy man get you so you better behave." And also when men were cutting down trees, because they would say to one another, " don't give up like the hairy man did." That is how I think it got passed down.

This traditional story is based of Little Red Riding Hood. It is similar because the beginning is the same, but later on it changes by changing into a crime scene. The wolf in the movie is a journalist that often goes undercover. But in the original story the wolf is scary, mean and the bad guy. But in the movie, he is actually is the good guy. The grandma is also different than she is in the book. In the book she is the poor sweat grandma that gets eaten. In the movie she is a grandma that does extreme sports. And she also doesn't get eaten by the wolf. Instead she accidentally ties herself up. She also lies. She does however own a sweat/bakery shop and red still delivers her sweats for her. Those are some of the differences between the story and the movie.

Pharaohs Daughter

100 min, the whole book
I saw character development in the book. The book is about this girl named Almah and Moses. These two characters are brother and sister and they are Hebrew. They have been raised in Pharao's courts and Almah is considered Pharao's daughter, and Moses is considered his grandson. I will only be talking about Almah in this response and not Moses. Almah grew up until she was 12 with her Hebrew parents. This time is when Pharao ordered all baby Hebrew boys killed. She was walking down and found the Pharao's daughter by the river. She eventualy was taken to live in the Pharao's household. At the beginning she didn't know where she belonged. She didn't feel like she belonged with the Hebrew, and she was not scared of anyone. After she was taken to live with Pharao, she finally felt that she was where she belonged. As she stayed there longer, she grew more and more distant with her real family. She started calling Pharao's daughter her sister, and her real sister, Mariam, just Mariam. At the beginning she kind of worship Ya, the Hebrew God, and not the Egyptian gods. But as time went by she became a pristest for a goddess. She developed a lot in the story by first being Hebrew, and then being mostly Egyptian.

Babysitting is a dangerous job

100 min, the whole book
I felt the mood in the book. The book is about a girl who is babysitting kids, and she and the kids get kidnapped. The mood that I felt was scary and doubting. Throughout the book, the babysitter was always doubting herself because she thought it wouldn't work. It was also scary because they were kidnapped and they didn't know what would happen to them. The author made us feel this way by making one of the characters say" I'll deal with the kids", instead of saying " I'll get the kids". This makes such a diffrence because when you sa You also feel the babysitter doubting herself because she decides to hide a girl who ran away from home, and she doesn't know if she should tell or not. In the end, the kids get rescued, and the babysitter doubts herself less.

100 min, the whole book
This picture reminds me of the book because the book is set in WW2, and they have to go into a bomb shelter often. It also reminded me of it because the shelters were tight and uncomfortable.
