Generally speaking, teens can feel intimidated by the idea of playing sports and so avoid taking part. They are usually discouraged by the great competition and demands of team sports. It is important that a solution be found to this problem if we are to encourage teens to be more active.
First of all, parents should realize that they have to become the examples of a healthy life.  Turning the TV off in the afternoons and spending time taking part in physical activities with their teens might motivate them to have a more active life.For instance, parents could create a small neighbourhood football league and play in the park a few times a week. In turn, teens will feel more confident among people they know and willingly participate.
Secondly, there should be some mandatory sports training added to the regular school curriculum. During these classes, students will be taught about the importance of physical activity and the safety precautions for each type of sport.  For example, they can learn how to warm up to avoid injuries. They can then be given a project o create an exercise program for themselves. As they advance to a higher level, they can be invited to join a team. Consequently, the school will have better informed and fit students who will be more willing to join athletic programs.
In conclusion, schools and parents alike can take part in finding a way to encourage teens to participate more actively in athletics. The more adults are involved in the lives of younf=g people, the more these youths will get involved themselves.

To begin with, there are certainly benefits. For one thing, organic food is usually fresh , good-quality, seasonal food. It is free of pesticides and other chemical substances and therefore, it is regarged as being healthier. Additionally, organic farmers claim that their crops are rich in vitamin C, magnesium and phosphorus. This makes organic products more nutricious than conventional ones. 
On the other hand, there are drawbacks too. Organic food is highly priced and, in many cases, it can be up to 60% more expensive. It is not uncommon for farmers to charge higher prices because of the lebel and not necessarily because their products are better quality. Another disadvantage is that it is sometimes difficult to find organic food as not all supermarkets carry a wide selection. This means that shoppers have to change their habits and may not have the time to shop around. 
In short, I believe that people should consume organic foods since they are fressher and more nutricious than conventional ones.
