The third module was innovative and assessment tools. The first session of the module started on 28th June which is the extension of modules in the pedagogy course. This module teaches by Dr. Karwan and m. Miran. In the beginning, the teachers introduce themself. They started the module with two questions. The first question was multichoice question "what is the pedagogy", and the answer was limited to (art of teaching, teaching methods, and environment of teaching), participants answers were (79% was the Art of Teaching, 16% was Teaching Methods, 5% was the Environment of Teaching). the second question was "What are 21st-century skills that teachers need". The participants expressed their opinions and most of these answers were creative, most of them agreed that information technology and communication with the student are important. The session was continuous and the teachers explained the main theme of this module which is the subjects we take in this module. The first theme was the Teaching Methods, the second was Assessments Tools and finally Creating Learning Environment. In the last part of this session, teachers talk about the outcome of this module and what we learn in the last of this module. After this module, we learn about 21st-century skills of teaching. Realize the learning's need, assessment tools for the courses and different types of assessments, and how to create an effective environment for learning.

The second session in the first week was on 30th June. In this session some of the materials were discussed, first, the trainers talk about some new methods to educational future in Uk, China, and the USA. These methods were Hologram "The Imperial College Business School has a technical educational laboratory to help the school identify technologies that train the school's students better. This offers a sense of presence to teaching staff when communicating to students.", Facial Recognition "This technique used in China to monitor the emotions of student and their attentions", Virtual Reality " This tool is used in the UK and it used in many fields like medicine, engineering, military ", and Duolingo Application "It is apps using Artificial intelligence and machine learning". After that, in this session teachers were talking about the 21st-century skills for learning which were divided into the Learning Skills (4Cs), Lectures Skills (IMT), and Life Skills (FLIPS). 4Cs is Critical Thinking "It is the ability to think clearly and rationally about what to do or what to believe", creativity "It is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality", Collaboration " It is the act of individuals working together to make unified decisions", and Communication "It is the process that allows you to express yourself and improve both your personal and professional relationships.". The use of these skills is depending on the teacher and which one suits you. We know the remembering of learning is different depending on the type of teaching. The learning pyramid illustrates the level of how much we remembering from what we learn. Other materials were discussed in this session.

A couple of days before season three in the 2nd week, the teachers send us a video to watch and discuss in this session. The video about Teaching methods for inspiring the students of the future "What is love got to do with it?" by Joe Ruhl. He is a teacher at high school and has 37 years of experience. He talks about what we do to encourage students to improve their learning and what we need. The needs were Research-Based Technique and Relationship. He thought the students must have the ability of choice, this idea came to him after one day he was standing at the cafeteria and saw the students are choosing the food. After that, he thought what if we bring this to classes. He combines the 4Cs learning skills with other 2Cs which are choice and caring. he divided his course into several modules and each module to 2-3 weeks. Before each module, he gave them the instruction for this module which contains all activities. One activity that interested students was Art and Entertainment. Another thing Joe talks about was love, two love that teacher must have first the teacher's love for the subject and passion for the subject, the second was the teacher's love for the students.

After this discussion, we started the season and talk about common learning methods which are (Lecturing, Seminars, Workshops, Written Assignment, Laboratory/ Field Work, Graduation Project, Work placement, and Internship). The stopped at the Workshop and discussed what we need to do before and during the workshop. The session was continued and teachers present some teaching methods. the first talk about the fishbowl and the roles of this method, after that we did it practically. The second method was Authentic Learning. Authentic Learning is is a type of learning that focuses on real-world, problems, using role-playing exercises, problem-solving. The third method was Gamification and Game-Based Learning. Game-Based Learning is fully integrated games into the educational content. You can say the entire course or class has been turned into a game. The fourth method was Blending/ Flipping Learning. We watch a short video about this learning. Flipping Learning is a pedagogical model in which traditional lecture and homework elements are reversed. The fifth was Problem-Based Learning (PBL). Problem-Based Learning is a teaching strategy during which students are trying to solve a problem or a set of problems unfamiliar to them. At the last of the session, the teacher gave us two assignments.

The fourth session started on 7th July by Dr. Karwan and the subject of this session was the learning environment. It started with these questions what are learning environments? roles of learning environments in the learning process? the learning environment is physical locations, contexts, and cultures. After that, the trainer asks participants to comment about these parts. physical locations are the place which teaching occurs like classrooms, lecture theatres, libraries, laboratories, gyms, and pools. The context is mean the situation in which something is learned or understood, a situation that can impact how something is learned or what is taught. The culture encompasses the culture of a school or classes its presiding atmosphere and characteristics, including how individuals interact with and treat one another as well as how teachers may organize an educational setting to facilitate learning. To understand more about this subject, and what we do to create a positive learning environment Dr. Karwn show us two about the subjects. The first one's title was "What is the learning environment in the classroom and at home". I understood in this video the physical is not the location only, which includes the characteristics of physical, It related to the students and the information that receives. The students ask questions and search the resources and get new ideas. The teachers use the teaching methods that suit them and the environments and subjects are decide the type of teaching methods. The second video under the title "What we do to create the positive learning environment". This video shows that to create positive environments we need eighteen points for this purpose. After That, participants said their comments about each point. The teacher gave us assignments about these points to write 300 words about two points create a google blogger.

The fifth session was on the 12th of July. In this session, we did a presentation about the teaching methods which each group work on two methods to create two posters and present one of them. Group four present the Flash Cards methods. Flashcards are cards bearing information such as words or numbers, or questions and answers on either or both sides. They can be used in the classroom or during private study. For example, flashcards can be used question and answers drills, interactive educational games, or assess learners' progress. Group three present the Class discussion conducted by the teacher. Discussion methods are a variety of forums for the open-ended, collaborative exchange of ideas among a teacher and students or among students to further students thinking, learning, problem-solving, understanding, or literary appreciation. Participants present multiple points of view, respond to the ideas of others, and reflect on their ideas to build their knowledge, understanding, or interpretation of the matter at hand. Group seven which is our group we choose the student reports and module. We present the module teaching methods. Model is a 3D representation of a person, thing, or a proposed structure, typically on a smaller scale than the original. Group five presents the debate teaching methods. Debates can be an effective and engaging way for students to analyze different concepts and to develop critical thinking and public speaking skills. Group one presents the lecture by teacher method. The lecture method is teacher controlled and information-centered approach in which the teacher works as a role resource in classroom instruction. In this method, the only teacher does the talking and the student is passively listening. Group six presents the Laboratory experiments performance by more than two students working together. In this method, students will do most of their experiments as a member of a team where they will be expected to combine and compare data. Group two was the last and presents a Problem-solving method. Problem-solving is an instructional method or technique whereby the teacher and pupils attempt in a conscious, planned, and purposeful effort to arrive at some explanation or solution to some educationally significant difficulty to find a solution.

The sixth session was on the 14th of July. In this session, the instructor discusses the last part of learning environments. The learning environment is divided into two parts physical location which is subdivided into school or college camps which is refers to the classroom, library, restroom, parking, pool, bar, garden, hospital, photocopy, and gym. library, Nature of school or college, cafe, workplaces such as studio and garage of car. The second part was the network. Networks are also divided into friends and family, colleagues, and social media.

The seventh session on innovative pedagogy and assessment tools module on the 19th of July, the third theme started which it about the assessment tools. The beginning of the session by m. Miran was a quote by benjamin franklin "Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn". After that, the instructor discusses the assessment tools which is the way to how to make learners involve and the goal is to make them learn not to just assess them. Assessment starts with the learning goal and ends with how many of these goals were achieved. The outcome of the theme was demonstrated, to achieve these goals must the assessments tools and learning outcomes be aligned, use the propionate tools, design different types of assessment tools. An important point I understand was the assessment, not the exam instead it is evaluated the learner. The session was continuous and some questions were answered. the first one was why we do assess? we assess to help and guide the learning process, to grade learners it must have evidence to give them the certification and to know how mush learners understand the materials. The second question was what we do assess? we assess the knowledge, skills(doing), and attitude(being). the third one was how do we assess? we assess the knowledge of the learners and how to apply this assessment and understand the module, this was achieved by expressing themself and conduct a study on a specific topic. The four one was how well does our assessment work (characteristics of assessment tools )? the assessment tools must be reliable and illustrated the level of student's knowledge and skills, and assessed by how much materials they tacked. The trainer gives us an activity to write our opinion about what to do to assess in a better way and write the answer in a padlet which shares it with us. Each group write them comment and discussed it. The fifth question was when do we assess? it depends on the type of assessment for example assessment of learning (summative) assess at the end of the course by teachers, assessment for learning (formative) assess during the course by teachers, and assessment as learning (self and peer) assess at any time by the learner. After that, the change of assessment is pedagogically discussed. At the last of this session, the type of assessment and the summative, formative, and diagnostic was familiar for me.

The eighth session was on the 28th of July, and the instructor starts the course with a review of the previews session and asks us some questions like what is assessment tools type? why we do assess? what we do assess? the participant has answered the questions. After these questions, the lecture beginning with the assessment method/tools, on this topic some questions were asked. The first one, what are assessment methods? it means the techniques and tools used to know how much of learning outcomes are obtained by learners. The second one, why is it important to use multiple methods? we can't cover and evaluate the learner's outcomes, some outcome difficult to assess by using one method or its is not suite for some learners. The same type of assessment must not use to assess different materials. The third one, which assessment method should be used? it should use the techniques that distribute the level of the student, how much they get the learning outcomes, and the assessment is aligned with resources. The fourth one, what is an assessment method map/matrix? the map is the table created to determine the learning outcomes and how to assess each of them. It started with easy assessment (knowledge) to hard one (create). The fifth one, what are direct and indirect methods of assessment? direct one refers to test, essay, and presentation, and indirectly refers to a survey, interview, and reflection. After these questions, the session was continuous and discuss the guideline for selecting the assessment methods. The method must be able to collect information about the content of this module to answer about it by the learner, use multiple methods to assess directly or indirectly, the questions must include discussion and fixed answers, to determine the learners what they are good at and what they have problems. To assess we divide it into three-part knowledge, performance, and attitude. They are many ways to assess knowledge and the multiple-choice questions (MCQs) participant discussed a lot about is it a good way to assess or not? each one said him/her opinion about it. Assessment of performance had five methods to assess it, after discussion the instructor ask to add another method to assess the performance like summer course. Assessment of attitude depends on feeling which is like or dislike the subject, this assessment has three types self-assessment, 360-degree feedback, and peer assessment. At the last of this session m. Miran gave us the assignment about one of the assessments of performance to prepare a presentation about 15-20 min.

In the last session of the innovative pedagogy and assessment tools, each group did a presentation about one topic, the group present randomly. Group two was the first group and present the case study, group one present the lab experiment, group six present the project-based learning, group five present the graduation project, group three present oral presentation, group seven (our group) present problem-based learning, and last one was group four present the field trip. One important thing I want to say, this module was the best one until now I learned a lot and I enjoy it.
