         <title>I would first walk them through what concept based learning is all about.  I&#39;d share the connection between how we&#39;ve shifted teaching mathematics the past ten years.  I think hooking the new learning to that would be helpful.  Next, I would have them review units of study that are based on concept based learning.  We&#39;d dissect this as a team and would talk about the benefits of this style of teaching and learning.  </title>
