I spent three glorious days in Taipei. It was only a short time, but we packed in a lot of activities. This is the place I would most like to revisit. It is called Jiufen and is around 90 minutes outside Taipei. It was boiling hot and really crowded during the daytime, but much cooler and more peaceful as the crowds thinned out in the evening. The landscape was truly spectacular!

Besides that, I did a lot of reading. I decided to reread to classics that I hadn't looked at for many years. First up was Candide by Voltaire. For a book that has the subtitle "Optimism" it's quite dark! Despite this, it is also suprisingly funny. Right now, I'm reading a book called "Good Days" by the poet Michael Rosen. It's a kind of ideas cookbook focused on how to spend your time well.

I also had a memorable experience here. If you've ever wanted to visit the pyramids, I'd highly recommend this VR attraction. As the company's name suggests it really is an immersive journey.

It was my first time visiting to Shanghai and I thought it would be the dirtiest country in the world but it was actually fine. The historical architecture was beautifully lit up and looked amazing.

My younger sister came to Tokyo to see me. She was looking forward to visiting Tokyo. I had heard that she wanted to visit Miyashita Park because she often watch there in TikTok, so I took her there. Also, I gave a clothe （an item of clothe）that she really wanted to her. She was really enjoyed!

This summer, I went to Shanghai. I visited some of my mother’s relatives there. What left the biggest impression on me was the delicious food—especially eating a lot of soup dumplings. The last day , I joined cruise ship in Waitang. At the Bund, the port was crowded with people, but once I got on the cruise, I was able to see both the lively crowd and the beautiful night view.

I went to meet my family and friends in Okinawa. It was a very relaxing summer. I went to the beach almost every day in the morning. I enjoyed watching the sunrise. I got sunburned and it was very painful... But I really enjoyed my summer🩵🩵

I went to visit my mom’s older brother. I was surprised that it only took 20 minutes to get there from Shanghai by high-speed train. We enjoyed a lot of delicious food together.

I went there with a friend who I had met in lesson during the summer vacation. She is junior. It was third time for me to visit there. There were a lot of things that used in Harry Potter films. I wore Harry Potter costumes and had a wand. I took pictures over two hundred. I really enjoyed its studio tour.

I had a good time during my summer vacation. I went to Okinawa, watched The Blue Man, and more. But the best place I went was Taipei. This was my second time going there. I went there with my friend for two days. There were a typhoon in the first day so I couldn’t go to the night market.this was very disappointing because I was excited to go there. Luckily the next day was a beautiful day so we went to the morning market and had some breakfast. I would like to go there again. Next time, I want to try some fruits such as mango.

I took a short trip to Taiwan. That was a great moment. I went to Taiwan with Norika. That was my first time to go abroad. In the first day, we went to Taipei. I surprised that the station was really big. We walked in the station long way. It was hard to find the platform we want to go. In the evening we decided to go to Jiufen, but unfortunately, it was heavy rain, so we gave up to go there on our halfway to Jiufen. However, Ashe after we went back to Taipei, we ate deciduous tomato ramen😊

Since nobody spoke English there, all the Disney decorations and other signboards were in kanji so it felt like the whole Disney park was fake. Still, the zootopia area that’s only in Shanghai was really nice.

I went to Yuzawa, Yamagata in August 8 to 11. There is famous for skiing place in winter. This was my symphonic band's training camp for a competition. Last day, we did BBQ party! Training was very hard, but I can talk with many mates during the trip.

I went back to my local town because I wanted get the car license. I spent only two weeks to get it thanks for gettinng course of special short term. It was very hard for me to get up at six every morning , I took four classes and three lessons of driving every day. However I was happy to get the car license.

I went to Hawaii with my family about one week. When I was there, earthquake happened in Russia, and then tsunami came to Hawaii. So, I gave up to swim in the sea the next day. However, I went to the beach to see it. It was very beautiful. Color was clear sky blue. Also, I climbed Diamond Head. It was low altitude. So, it was easy to climb it for beginners like me. I reached the top of it about 35 minutes. I had a great time.
