Both men were burned to death because that was how people believed you had to kill a werewolf. Giles Garnier also lived in France and confessed to being a werewolf and murdering children. Like the others, he was also burned to death. Lastly, Peter Stubbe was a farmer who lived in Germany in the 15th century. One day hunters claimed to see him shape-shift from human to werewolf. He ended up confessing under torture to murdering men, women, animals, and children along with eating their remains.
