Hello, my name is Paula Granados, I am from Paipa, Boyacá where I also currently live. I am psychology student, I am in the second semester, I am twenty one year old, however, I am single and have not childrens; in my time free I read books too.

I live with my mother and my younger brother in the rural zone of Paipa, at the same time, I live in a very quiet place, there are many trees, pure and fresh air and many places to run surrounded by nature. I live in front of a big mountain, and I don't have many neighbors because the houses are far from each other; my house also has a nice view of the city center. There are many cows, chickens, sheep, there are also many places to walk in the open air.

In my routine I usually get up at seven in the morning and I have breakfast at eight in the morning, breakfast eggs, coffee and bread. I get to work by bus, I have lunch at one in the afternoon is usually have rice, potatoes, vegetables and a protein for lunch, I get home at five also after work I study, and I don't eat dinner normally, too I work and study on weekends, to rest I watch a movie sometimes and I study English very little, but I am being constant in Duolingo. Finally I go to bed between eleven and twelve at night.

My name is Paula Andre Granados Diaz, and I am twenty-one years old. I am single and currently studying environmental management at UNAD. I am originally from Paipa, but I currently live in Villavicencio.
In my free time, I enjoy reading and writing literature.

There are several touristic places in Paipa, such as the central lake, the Vargas reservoir, and the thermal pools.
The typical food in my city includes potatoes, cassava, sancocho, peasant cheese, paipana casserole, boyacense arepa, and boyacense sancocho. These dishes are often prepared with many condiments and feature vegetables typical of the region such as onions, tomatoes, peas, beans, navos, and other tubers.
Paipa also hosts many celebrations throughout the year, including the Day of Culture, the National Festival of the Lake, the International Festival of Bands, the Festival of the Ruana and the Pañolon, the Fishing Festival, the Aquatic Festival of the Lake, and the Festival of Boyacensismo. During these celebrations, people are usually very happy and content, and they dance, drink liquor, and participate in sports, cultural, and intellectual activities.
Visitors to my city can enjoy trying different foods, visiting beautiful and quiet places, and engaging in water activities such as canoeing, riding a boat, kayaking, and boating. They can also learn about the local culture and traditions.

Paipa is a truly beautiful place that I highly recommend visiting. ¿Estudié y realicé las prácticas de todo el contenido del e-Book? ¿Participé en el foro dentro de los tiempos indicados con todos los aportes requeridos?

Respuesta: Anqué tuve poco tiempo hice lo posible por dar lo mejor, participe del e-book, en el foro no participe dentro de los tiempos establecidos por motivos de salud.

¿Preparé y dediqué suficiente tiempo para realizar una buena presentación oral en el video y/o en el encuentro sincrónico?

Respuesta: En realidad tuve poco tiempo, la pronunciación y recordar algunas palabras fueron dificultades que presente, pero es una oportunidad de progreso.

¿Me siento más seguro de expresarme Oralmente en inglés? ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?

Respuesta: Se siente bien al pronunciar en inglés, es como pasos pequeños para avanzar, si aprendo este idioma tiene muchos beneficios para mi vida personal y profesional para proyectarme a otros países en cuanto a ofertas de trabajo y conocer otros países
