The test is comprised of reading, writing, and other subject areas. The test is taken on high school campuses and testing centers nationwide. Listed below are the next test dates, and in order to register you must go to collegeboard.org. Also, in the library are SAT prep books that you can rent out to prepare yourself.

Hello students! My name is Lakeisha Bivens, and I am the lead counselor at BHS. I assist students in academic advising, vocational training, and college and career readiness. Yes, that means YOU. High school is the place to begin taking your dreams in your hands, and setting yourself up for success, which is where I come in. I am here at your disposal as a resource, a mentor, and any other need that you may have in getting you to succeed. YOU matter to me. You can be anything you want to be.  I believe in you! Resources in the career center include career inventories that assist in career choice such as John Holland's codes based on RIASEC. 
RIASEC stands for  Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising and Conventional that are base on personal interests and aptitude.
