It has some different lounges where you can have a fire and eat or drink and will make It very child friendly. Something very interesting about the bar is that in that zone there are many caves and they keep the ale stored down the ground, it was also the brewhouse of the castle and this is said that was established in 1189 but they don’t have been any documentation of it. Is a very pleasant place where you could go with your friends, and family and have a good beer and food and you will realise how much history and antecedents this pub has and why is so important to Nottingham.
