People shouldn’t be left out because they are different or not as smart people should try and teach and learn from eachother
  2.  sounds like people being encouraging and trying to understand each other, you shouldn’t shut people down just because their idea isnt the same as yours and you should pay attention to one another
  3.  feels like you can say stuff and won't be judged and you’ll be acknowledged.

Sounds: It sounds awesome to the teachers when the classroom is quite and nobody is being rude and talking.

It feels good when people are respecting you and being respectful, and if you do it, other people might as well.

It sounds like being positive and giving kind criticism. Don’t correct people, but add on to their ideas. If you don’t like their idea, recommend your own twist on it so you can enjoy it more.
It feels like you are welcome and enjoyed in a group, so you can be more brave and offer up more ideas.

Being Creative

Looks: It looks like you are being very inclusive in the project and thinking outside the box
Feels: It feels good because when you think outside the box and come up with a great idea everybody will complement you on your achievement.
