Sorry I haven't been in touch for such a long time but because of the Covid pandemic so I've been staying at home every free day. Anyway, I'd love to hear all your news and I'm hoping we can get together soon to catch up. So today, I'm gonna tell you some of information about national parks in Vietnam as like Cuc Phuong, Cat Ba, Yok Don, Nui Chua, etc ... But I would like to tell you some facts about Cuc Phuong national park.
Cuc Phuong national park is a place which is located in Ninh Binh province in Vietnam's Red River Delta. Cuc Phuong was Vietnam's first national and is the country's largest nature reserve. The park is one of the most important sites for biodiversity in Vietnam. And here is the history of this first national park.
In 1960 Cúc Phương was made into a forest reserve and in 1962 Cúc Phương National Park was consecrated by President Ho Chi Minh. Cúc Phương is situated in the foothills of the northern Annamite Range. The park consists of verdant karst mountains and lush valleys. Elevation varies from 150 meters (500 feet) to 656 m (2,152 feet) at the summit of May Bac mountain, or Silver Cloud Mountain. The limestone mountains house numerous caves, many of which are accessible for exploration. Cúc Phương is home to an amazing diversity of flora and fauna. Inhabitants of the park include 97 species of mammals, most notable endangered langurs; 300 species of birds; 36 reptilian species; 17 species of amphibians; 11 species of fish; 2,000 species of vascular plants, and thousands of species of insects. A number of species in the park are listed on Vietnam Red Book of endangered species. Because of threatened by the illegal wildlife trade which is having a devastating impact on the wild populations of these species throughout South East Asia, all of these species are endanger that's why they are in the Red Book. There are some of conservation programs to protect these species are endanger like :
- Endangered Primate Rescue Center
- Carnivore and Pangolin Conservation Program
- Turtle Conservation Center
Cúc Phương National Park is one of the most popular nature tourist destinations in Vietnam. Tens of thousands of Vietnamese and a steady stream of foreign tourists visit the park each year. Lodging and restaurant facilities are available at the park's entrance and within the park. A paved road cuts into the park and a number of paths for hiking are maintained. In the end of this mail, I just want to say: Always stay at home, Wearing mask to protect you from the epidemic. And if this quarantine end, we can have a trip go to the Cuc Phuong National Park together.

But today I'll tell you some facts about Ba Vi national park. It located 48 km west of Hanoi, Vietnam. In 10,815 ha of this area, there are more than 1,000 species of plants and 45 species of mammals, 115 species of birds, 61 species of reptiles and 27 species of amphibians. Ba Vi National Park is also a kingdom of insects with 552 species.There are many places here that you may enjoy.(Ba Vi natural forest, Ba Vi ancient church, Thien Son Suoi Nga, Cactus greenhouse,

But I would like to share you some information about Cuc Phương national park. I have never come here but when i read some information about this place, it makes me feel that this place is very speacial. Do you know?
Cuc Phuong National Park (or Cuc Phuong forest) is a nature reserve, a special-use forest located on the boundary of three provinces: Ninh Binh, Hoa Binh and Thanh Hoa. It is also the first national park in Vietnam.Cuc Phuong is one of the spots suitable for camping on the day or even overnight. In Cuc Phuong, you can camp in the central area of the garden, the Bong hamlet. Here, if you camp during the day you can choose the flat grounds under the canopy of trees, if it is evening you can set up camp on the square of cement has been prepared. It is at Vuon Quoc Gia Cuc Phuong, Nho Quan , Ninh Binh.

Things has been going downhill since the pandemic started, that's why I wrote this letter specially to you, maybe it can comfort you from your busy hard work and the stressful stuff that's stuck in your mind. On to the topic, today I'll be telling about one of the most famous visited national park in America, it's called "Great Smoky Mountains National Park". Great Smoky Mountains National Park is well known for the fascinating beauty that it holds with ancient mountains as well as flowy, brilliant blue river. This national park also has incredible astonishing diversity of plant and many animal life. The best weather to aim for exploring and camping is in June, July or August while fall is processing to rises to winter. One of the main thing, the entrance to "Great Smoky Mountains National Park" is completely free, this reason is what makes the park so famous among the other. That's all I got to share today! What's going on there? Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, the world is quite freezing and I can't go and visit you. But we can write letters to each other! So, the main reason that I write to you this letter is to tell you about a very famous national park in Vietnam - the Cuc Phuong national park.
Cúc Phương National Park covers around 222 km2 of three provinces: Ninh Binh, Hoa Binh and Thanh Hoa. Cuc Phuong was Vietnam's first national park (around 1960 - 1962) and is the country's largest nature reserve center. The park is also one of the most important place for biodiversity in Vietnam.
Cuc Phuong forest has a rich and diverse ecosystem, including 97 species of mammals (especially Asian monkeys), 46 species of amphibians, 76 species of reptiles, 137 species of birds, 11 species of fish and thousands of insect species. Many species are listed in the Vietnam Red Book (for endangered animals.)
Cuc Phuong is home to a number of conserved important mammal populations that are endangered such as leopard, which is a nationally threatened species. Cuc Phuong also has more than 40 species of bats that have been recorded here.
When you get there, you can do many things. You can spend a whole day explore the park or even have a picnic and sleep overnight there! You can also experience four a-day trip that are organized by the staffs there.

Sorry because I didn’t write a letter to you a long time. Cause of covid-19 I stayed at home for a few days and it was boring without computer and snacks. I wonder if I can take a trip to national park and see some rare animals. Hmm, I think I will choose Tam Dao national park because Tam Dao is already a famous place and more wonderful if there has a national park here. You can find it in Tam Dao mountains, it lands on 3 provinces: Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang. Tam Dao national park formed in 1977 with 19.000 ha. This place is a big forest and there’re 1282 plants and many species of animals, 8 species of insects, …A lot of mysteries in Tam Dao you should know! When covid is ends, you can fly to Vietnam and visit our national parks! Hope you like it.
