  • Cover table with newspaper.
  • Mix glue and a small amount of water in a  bowl. 
  • Tear a newspaper into small strips.
  • Blow up  eight round balloons.
  • Dip the pieces of newspaper into the glue mixture. Cover each balloon with newspaper. 
  • Allow the balloons to dry overnight.
