She turns to this resource and begins teaching one digital literacy lesson each Wednesday and incorporating it in all technology based lessons. From there, she begins to ask questions about how this characteristic of a good digital citizen would look in face-to-face life? A third grade teacher could use this resource to teach about the true stories of the Native American tribes. In order to be a culturally responsive teacher, one must include all stories and histories (Maloy, 2019). When using PBS as a resource, the stories are given in a nonbiased manner and be integrated into students' learning. Students must be able to learn about others, who are different from them, while simultaneously locating themselves within this complex world (Maloy, 2019). ADL allows students to do this. They provide information on a range of topics that allow students to develop their critical thinking skills, while also being able to understand complex topics that are relevant to our world today. A teacher can use the premade lesson plans for a topic of their choice. A teacher can also attend a seminar in which they would be equip with needed tools to teach culturally relevant topics.

A 6th grade teacher is teaching about various art forms and traditions in Social Science. She herself is not fully aware of how to answer a student's questions about the Hindu cultures and traditions. She understands the importance of being a culturally responsive teacher, meaning she integrates all histories into her teaching (Maloy, 2019). But she needs help accomplishing this task. She turns to Pear Deck where she finds a premade slide deck focused on the cultures of Hinduism. Students are engaged and excited to learn with Pear Deck technology!

This website promotes a sense of universal peace and understanding. 

Based on local events, students are constantly asking a teacher what it means to be an immigrant? The teacher decides that she must teach on this and help her students to make sense of the world around them in a nonbiased way. She goes to this site and finds a student text that matches the topic. She then uses the text and its paired questions to create a class discussion about what it means to be an immigrant. Flocabulary is not limited to vocabulary lessons, they also have premade lessons on other content areas. 

Introducing a new math unit? This is the perfect tool to use. At times, educators must realize that students do not speak the same language of the school (Poon, 2021). Flocabulary allows for a more culturally varied method of instructing on specific topics. As the teacher introduces the new academic language, Flocabulary can be used as a tool to help reinforce and differentiate instruction. Students will be able to connect the language to their own life and language.
