         <description><![CDATA[<p>I could get lost for hours looking at databases like this! I'm giving myself a time limit today and going with Alien, Tiger, Cow...because who doesn't like Rock, Paper, Scissors with a variation. It also seems like adding some sounds to Rock, Paper, Scissors like this does as you act out Alien, Tiger, or Cow could incite quite a few laughs to get a PD started with smiles and positive energy.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I am intrigued by the "Cross the Circle" game.  It seems like a good version of "stand up if...." to help see some commonalities amongst the group as well as to have movement.  This can be low stakes if some of the prompts are involving the workplace (at this site more than 10 years, work on the lower level, uses an even numbered classroom, etc...) or can be more personal (has more than 2 traffic tickets in their lifetime, eats pizza at least once a week, addicted to buying shoes, etc...) if the group already has some familiarity.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Leadership Pizza looks like an interesting take on the what people value the most.  I guess the only thing i would change about the activity is that I would have a large "pizza" drawn with the topics listed on the crust and have "dot" stickers to represent "pepperoni" and have participants place their toppings on their top three- 5 choices to see where the group is as a whole when looking at the topics of what is most important to them.</p>]]></description>
