         <title>2. Classroom Management &amp; Warm Up.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Firstly, remember our rules, routines, and expectations !!<br><br>The warm-up is super important and we will follow the "RAMP" protocol. Listen up while I explain!<br><br><strong>Raise- </strong>start to move the body so it gets a lot hotter and ready for action!!<br><strong>Activate and Mobilise</strong>- Do harder movements so the body gets equipped for the session. <br><strong>&nbsp;Potentiate-</strong> time to do movements similar to dance so we are ready to start the class<br><br><br><strong><em>How to warm up follow these 4 simple steps</em></strong>&nbsp;<br>Step 1.<br>All students should briskly walk around the area, moving in different directions before progressing to a jog with head and wrist rolls. Let's increase the intensity after a few minutes!<br>Do this for 2-3 minutes without stopping!</div><div><br>Step 2. <br>Lower body stretch - Hamstring, thigh stretch, spiderman lunge, ankle, and hip circles. <br>Upper body - Shoulder and wrist rolls,&nbsp; sit and reach stretch(upper, lower back, and hamstring)<br>Do each exercise&nbsp; for 10 seconds x 3 times<br><br><em>Step 3</em>.<br>Movement- Bounce from one foot to the next shifting bodyweight from side to side. Shake out the limbs to become looser and in tune with the body.&nbsp;<br>Do each exercise for 20 seconds x 3 times</div><div><br><em>Step 4 and then it's dance time !!!</em></div><div><br>Listen to this song (Lady Gaga-Just Dance) and on the beat, all students must follow along with large arm circle's then into torso twisting.<br>After that students should move with the flow of the song while performing lunges across the floor then prancing and skipping to the tune being played.</div><div><br></div><div>Total warm up time- 12 minutes&nbsp;<br><br></div><ul><li>After the warm-up has ended, students should get into groups of 4.</li></ul>]]></description>
