This goes back to when I lived in London in the 1980s: one day when I was too tired or too lazy to cook, I ordered a takeaway meal from a local restaurant and the next day, I was sick as a dog with food poisoning. For ages, I thought (that) it was the ribs that poisoned me, and I still don't eat spare ribs as a result. Sometimes I try to combine my travels with my other passion for the cocoa culture. I have travelled in Equador in order to learn about cocoa's culture. It was awfully interesting because I've spent half time of this trip working in the cocao's field. It doesn't matter to me working during my hollidays because I could never learn as much as I learnt there. After one month and half I've decided to go to Galapagos Islands. These Islands are wonderfull and I was amazed by fauna and flora. I followed my experience in Equador visiting others cities and volcanos there. It happened to me to have difficulties to find my location or bus.. so I asked people in the street to know where I can find my hostel, bus or restaurant. They gave me informations but severals times they gave me wrong informations because they didn't want to say that they did'nt know. It was really interesting and because of that I had a lot of adventures and stories to tell. I've travelled a lot for many years all around the world. My favorite country is NEPAL. First of all Nepalee people are gentle, welcoming, humble, helpfull, curious and either brave. I met two men from the sherpa ethnic group  who i'm still in contact with. Then i love this country because of the Himalaya mountains. I will never forget the first time (thirty years ago) i saw the sunrise on the Himalaya, sitting on a guesthouse roof with a tasty breakfast! This view was just amazing, huge! This landscape gave me goose bumps! I travelled there four times and every time it was the same amazement. I love too the nepalee culture and handicraft. I often had (funny to )trying to catch fish with a (bucket to make sandcastles).
On the beach where I went with my parents there was a pontoon where people went to fish with their rods.
But one day I was playing in the water, it was cloudy so I couldn't see the bottom very well and I went fishing.
When you put it like that it's quite funny.
(In fact the fishing line of one the fishermen with his hook broke and was carried away by the current )where I was playing and it went through my knee, the hook went in on one side of my skin and out on the other.
I got a deformed scar.
Since then I am afraid to swim in the sea near fishermen and I am afraid of hooks.

A few years ago, I had the project to pass my CAP Patisserie but impossible to do it with my work next door so I gave up. I kept this passion for my family.
For example, i made for my wedding a macaroon pyramid ( about 400 macarons ).
After that I had a job that took a lot of responsibility so I stopped making pastry.
Since I am unemployed, I wonder a lot about my future so why not open a tearoom or something.
