Satay Baung Restaurant located at Jalan Pengkalan Chepa, Kg Baung, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Satay Baung Restaurant has split into 2 section which is Take Away Station and Dining Station. On day 1, I was incharged at Take Away Station. The Satay that has been prepared are bring to the station to be grill. I had grilled the satay on griller for the customer. After I had done grilled the satay, the satay are put in a box. The process are repeated after the satay has been sold to the customer.  Moreover, I also take the customer order besides packing the food based on the order. Before the Take Away Station are closed on night, we are update the Take Away Station account including the quantity of product sales per day, money collection and leftover of the day.

I also had grilled the satay for the customer. The Satay are put in a box before sell to the customer. I also had take the order and prepared the food for the customer based on the order. While preparing to pack the food, we must always do our job fastly, so the customer did not wait too long to take away their order. At the same time, we must also keep the hygiene so the customer will trust as a food handler. Besides, I also had grill the satay, and take some of the customer order. While the customer wait for their order, we prepared to pack the ready food for them. When the moment the customer did not come, we must make sure that the station are clean. I was incharged at new section which is Dining Station.  Before the restaurant started the operation, i has to clean the dining area.  The service team also doing some mise en place which is cleaning the plate.  The dining area has to be clean every time. This to make sure the customer satisfied with environment and keep the hygiene. I also had to clear up the table after the customer done their dining and bring the plates inside to be wash. Besides, the service team also doing some mise en place which is clean and wipe the plate and some cutleries. Furthermore, I also was learn on how to take some order for the dine-in customer. After they had done their meals, I also has to clean up their table for the next customer and brings the plates inside to be wash. Before the restaurant closed their operation, we have to look on daily company account which is the sales per day and money collection to be update.

Today, i learnt how do some plating for the customer order. Firstly, the Nasi Himpit are cut into a cube. Then, the side ingredients such as cucumber, onions are put in the plates. Next, the satay are put in the same plate. Next, kuah kacang are put in a bowl and served along with the dish.
