The source tells me that the life of teenagers during japanse occupation was controlled by the japanese as they have to follow them.They have to follow how the Japanese do and also the education roled by the Japanese.

The evidence is as we can see in the picture,the teacher was teaching the students about japanese and there were many japanese words written there.

Change:The education system has changed from english to japanese.

Singapore as home

This source tells me that the life of teenagers during japanese occupation was not loyal to Singapore and never think of Singapore as home.They just take Singapore as a place to work and earn money and bring back home.

The evidence is as we listen to the video,it states that they just take Singapore as a place to earn money not as home.

This source tells me that the life of local teenagers was harsh and difficult.They have to sleep on the ground and wear dirt clothes.

The evidence is as we can see in the picture below the ladies are sitting on the floor, wearing some clothes that are battered and a dirty.We can even see one child lying down on the floor without wearing shirt.

Change:After the war,their life conditions become better
Continuity:People still suffer from tough life conditions
