This Padlet Shelf is a direct link to both my reflective Video Presentation and the visual medium that I used during my presentation. In the following presentation, I analyze and explore disparities, differences, and commonalities in the modern world of creativity and innovation.

Glow: I loved how you read an extra article about learning in the 21st century and utilized new methods of learning in your presentation. I found that you exploring this idea of different ways of learning really ties into Wagner's explanation of the future of innovators. In addition, I found the pace of your video to be very digestible and it was easy to follow along without getting lost. Finally, I believe that you did a excellent job in the creation of the visual medium itself; slides were very clear and concise.

Grow: I found your project to be very informative; however, I just think that some slides were a little too wordy and could have been made a little simpler so that attention isn't split between reading the slides and listening to the speaker.

Glow: I found your presentation very easy to follow and the color selection for the slides were beautiful; it made for a calming atmosphere where learning was possible. I also very much enjoyed how many statistics you placed into your presentation. Adding stats that were also backed up by diagrams and graphs was an excellent way to make the numbers and facts more comprehendible.

Grow: I loved your presentation, I just felt that some slides had a little too much information on them at a time; splitting the information between other slides and leaving one message on each at a time could have made it a little easier to follow.

Glow: I loved how that before going into the core aspects of the project you gave some background and a summary of what we read in Wagner's novel. I found that exploring what an innovator is made the rest of the project and information more cohesive and easier to connect to one's own real life. I found it very useful and enlightening how you explored various aspects of creativity such as creativity in school, in general life, in social life, etc..

Grow: Honestly, I really could not find much that was off or that needed work. The one thing I maybe would say is that the "Popular Creative Technology" graph was a little too light and the color of the words made it somewhat hard to read. Maybe next time the graph and words could just be a little bit darker to make reading easier.

Glow: I found your use of graphs, visual images, and structure very engaging and it kept my attention for the entire presentation. Slides that have too many words or only have sentences can become a little boring and hard to follow when listening to a presentation; however, you kept my attention with the various circle graphs and the "play, passion, and purpose" chart. I also found that your summary of an innovator in the beginning made the rest of the project more digestible.

Grow: I just feel that you charts and words were a little too small. I feel like maybe the focus was more drawn to the words explaining the graphs more than the visual mediums themselves. This isn't bad, but it takes away the focus a little from your factual evidence (the graphs and charts). Maybe next time just make the visual images and points of interest a little bigger.

Glow: I was extremely engaged into your project and presentation because of both the visual medium itself and because of how you focused on one message per slide. You really focused on that one message per slide rule which helped me to stay on track during the presentation and avoid drifting off or getting lost in trying to read the slides. The "Exploring Creativity" section was very clear and concise in how it explicitly put that it was focusing on assignments, academics, and professional life. I also found that you did great in covering all aspects of innovation ad creativity, such as problems with it, risks with it, gains from it, and opportunities from it.

Grow: I found it hard to pick something that needed work; however, the one thing that I maybe saw was kind of hard to understand was some parts when you were speaking because your mic was cutting in and out. I understood pretty much everything, but sometimes the mic went a little low.

I also found that your use of statistics tied in very well to what you were explaining, especially about the "creativity self-rating".

Grow: I maybe would have liked to see more visual mediums in your presentation, such as some graphs to go along with the statistics your placed or maybe some helpful photos to go along wit what you are saying and the point your are trying to make.
