It is easy have a negative feeling myself and that may raise a conflict between me and the people around me if I keep judging people's behavior wrongly from the first time I notice it. It is surely better if I take some time to get to know the people well before have any interpretation of their behaviours, moreover, I can avoid any unwanted conflict between me and others in the future.
About my group members, I think they all are focusing on the project, they all want to finish the project as working effectively although there may be something may distract us and some outside problem may affect some member but in the end it does not affect the effectiveness of our work. All those the members try to do are focusing on the work and getting it done properly.
