This trip was one I know everyone in the orchestra will remember forever. Dear Chaperones, 

Thanks to all the Chaperones that went to the New York City trip for keeping us all in one group.  There were many times that it felt like the Chaperones was herding cats every time we had to go travel somewhere in groups, and the herding was done in an incredible job. There were sometimes that groups started mixing but with the excellent leadership of the Chaperones, we were able to stay in our groups. If it were not for them, it would have been a mess, but because they were there, we were able to have the most enjoyable experience ever and I hope they were able to enjoy the trip as much as we did.

This trip would not be near possible without you. The unimaginable planning and fund raising that happened behind the scenes to allow us to see all the amazing things we did, I am so thankful for. I'm so happy my first time in New York (and on the East coast) had so many amazing things to see! As for the chaperones, thank you for keeping us safe. As is, keeping track of 64 students and their well-being is hard enough. Elevator complications made that even harder! The amount of times I saw chaperones waiting either at the hotel, subway or theaters was truly amazing and made us all feel so much safer. Thank you!
