On the other hand, I found the "Leadership Type Quiz" confusing because most I had almost the same amount of three different leadership types so it was difficult to put my leadership type into one category. While it is a quick quiz that does help you gauge your leadership type, I think self discovery and experience are better ways of solidifying what your preferred role is in a group space (but I did enjoy the little images that represented each leadership type).
