My name is Canan Gülbey . I have been working as a teacher of English at Nizip Science High School for four years. I am very happy to be a part of this project. I am sure that we will do great things together.

I like to watch movies and series very much. And I hope this project will be useful for us.

As I'm an English Language teacher I love learning and teaching all the values belonging to a society. My interests are different languages, cultures, TV series,computer and also cuisines.I like to use technology in education, and be updated. I like to collaborate and to share.

I am studying in the 9th grade at Balakgazi High School. I was born on June 7th in Elazığ. I usually have no difficulty in adapting to the environment I am in and they say I am an energetic person. My favorite hobby is listening to music, writing poems and talking to my friends. I can easily memorize Turkish songs as well as listening to foreign language songs.

As a teacher, I believe it's crucial to not only support the academic growth of our students, but also their mental and emotional well-being. In today’s fast-paced world, life can often feel overwhelming 😞, and many students face anxiety, conflicts, and stress in different aspects of their lives.

This project is a wonderful opportunity to equip both teachers and students with tools to improve mental health 🧘‍♂️, build resilience 💪, and focus on positive habits 🌞. By practising simple yet effective routines—like regular sleep 😴, healthy eating 🥗, exercise 🏃‍♀️, and gratitude 🙏—we can foster an environment where everyone feels more balanced, energized, and ready to face life's challenges with confidence.

I study at the Slavutych Lyceum in the mathematics department.

I enjoy reading science fiction and detective stories (such as Warrior Cats by Erin Hunter and The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown), listening to music (mostly rap), and watching anime. My favorites include 86, Ron Kamonohashi's Case Files, and Bungou Stray Dogs. Right now, I’ve started watching One Piece (and I hope to finish it someday!).
