one way to be a up stander is to get in and help and not just sit back. Also i would tell someone about it so the game is still fair and not biased. I would also not get "into the fight" i would just try to get them to stop and if i couldn't i would get a teacher or adult

I eventually left after I could not take it anymore and created my own group with that friend who was kicked out.

A lot of times I think back to that day and think that I should have helped him stand up to the bully even if it did mean that I would have been kicked out of the group.
