         <description><![CDATA[<div>&gt;     A TA would have to prepare learning materials and get the approval by the Teacher if the materials are okay.<br>&gt;    A TA would have to try and ensure that the pupil is integrating in activities like other pupils and making progress. <br>&gt;    They are also responsible for setting targets for the pupils education. <br>&gt;   Need to complete records on how the student is progressing in their classes.<br><br></div>]]></description>
