A Leader that shows the trait of confidence is a great leader. Confidence is self-awareness and sureness that you possess the knowledge, skill and known-how in order to complete the task at hand. It is contagious and is learned and aquired through practice. Subordinates would react positively to a leader who has confidence and would be smart to work closely with them to learn from them. Challenges could be if they are confident but lack the skills and know-how to complete the task correctly. Over-confidence or a false sense of confidence could be a project killer.

A Leader that shows Determination is a key piece in pushing the team forward with confidence that you will complete the task at hand on time. Subordinates will react greatly with a Leader with determination because they will never not know what is going on. Determined leaders make a plan and knock it out bit by bit. They have the confidence that they can complete the task onetime. A challenge that may arise with this trait is the potential of over-working. If the Leader is too determined and pushes the team too hard they may loose in the end. Overworked employees are not always the sharpest and most focused.

A Leader who has strong traits of sociability can connect with random people on certain levels. It is a trait that can come naturally or sometimes is learned. The benefits of a sociable Leader is that they will be able to build rapport with their team which turns into trust and respect. Employees who trust and respect their Leaders and enjoy just "shooting the breeze" with their subordinates. At times sociability can really break down the leader/subordinate feel and make the work environment a highly respected one. Challenges could be if the Leader shits to being more social than work focused this could slow down or affect production and loos sight of the end goal. The would need strong at organizing an appropriate social/work balance.
