Projects are good to carry out different activities from those which are carried out at schools but also to carry out similar activities but with a different perspective, just changing the input, like for example, the place where they are carried out.
If all the teachers are involved, students can work on the eight competences by using "out of the box" solutions, which has to do with creative answers and inspiration may come from natural elements.

Key competences are those which all indivinduals need for personal fulfilment and development , active citizenship, social inclusion and employment. The reference framework seys out 8 key competences. Many of them overlap and unterlock. A wide variety of activities can be performed by all teachers.

Being creative....innovating, stepping out of our comfort zone, having the courage to challenge the system, maybe that's what is needed to make teaching flexible... governments want changes so much that they just make copies...because deep down they cut creativity, they don't let teachers be different because they have to fulfill the program, they don't let students be creative because they will be evaluated as equals... and creativity is what makes us special, it's the tool by which we learn to give back to problems.

It was nice to hear how many tasks the students can participate in, covering a number of themes, like problem solving, critical thinking, creativity and initiative taking, all of which play a role in all eight key competences, as defined by the reference framework.

The 8 key competences also include mathematical competence . It is the ability to develop and apply mathematical thinking in order to solve a range of problems in everyday situations. It involves the ability to use mathematical modes of thought, like logical and spatial thinking and presentation like graphs, charts and models.

Working on a project in which key competencies are developed is a well planned and at the same time inspired effort ...This way teachers get the students involved with work connected to nature , science, social life and arts. Therefore knowledge is a result, not a task.It springs from the personal involvement of students and is expanded through various connections with the real world ..If students learn that at school they will be able to pursue knowledge and connect what they learn in their future lives.
