However, it is not followed and rover circles nationwide registers under 1 circle with more that a 100 members and it is seen as an effective approach because if there is only one group, then it will be easier to manage and maintain compared to 3 circles composing of 38 members each. 

Therefore, I move for the review of guidelines on circle creation and be open for certain revisions that would be best suited for the survivability of the circle.

Feeding Programs should have the right way to do... titling Feeding Program for one day is not a program... maybe we can call it..."Tawid Gutom Activity". A program should be a continuous activity targeting underweight children to become normal in weight. 

That's sustainability.

It must be an outcome-oriented activity.
