My hobby is sports and mostly basketball and I am on a team called the War Hawks. I stay involved by showing up to practice and my games. My best quality in basketball is my shooting. In my highest scoring game I scored 25 points  I started playing basketball in a league when I was 6-7 years old. My team at the time was named the Eagles. Our second year as a team we won the championship game. My highest scoring game on the eagles I scored 19 points.  I was the point guard on that team and still am on the War Hawks. Answer: put the ball in your hand and bounce it on the ground with out putting both of your hands on the ball at one time.

Answer: get in front of your man, put your arms up and slide your feet as the move.
Question: how do you do a fast break?
Answer: Steal the ball from the defender, sprint down the court while dribbling the ball then when you get to your basket shoot a layup.
Question: How do you shoot a layup?
Answer: run to the goal, jump up and shoot the ball off the backboard int the basket.
Question:how do you play help defense?
Answer: When you are guarding your man and you see some else man drive down to the basket leave your  man  to go stop the player with the ball from scoring.
Question: how do you become a bench warmer?
