From what I have learned during discussion in the class, IT management is the process of overseeing all matters related to Information Technology operations and resources within an IT organization. IT management ensures that all technology resources and associated employees are utilized properly that provides value for the organization.

I acknowledge that there are five types of information system which is transaction processing system, management information system, decision support system, office automation system and expert system. 

As an IT manager that worked in IT management, there are few challenge that an IT manager need to overcome and achieve in order to make management become smooth. However, there are also few issues that an IT manager need to face which is IT evolvement where that issues remain unchanged for year.
