Felix was trying to look for fish so he went underwater, (where he was at a pond) but then the fish got away, and he didn't notice until after. So Felix went to a small town, and he found a store that had fish, so he went in and found some. Though that was when he got kicked out. So Felix kept searching. A while later he saw a boat, and found a spider. Now he asked the spider if it could make a web for him. And the spider managed to. So when Felix saw the fish and tried to get to them, but failed. So Felix just gave up. Mickey Mouse was driving his boat, until a bigger mouse came in and took control of Mickeys steamboat. But Mickey had then come up with an idea to lift up the boat above the water, (so that the bigger mouse couldn't control the boat) and to draw attention to the bigger mouse by making music with random objects like animals, a couple spoons that he was holding, and other stuff. Though the bigger mouse then went to Mickey, and was angry. So he picked up Mickey, and put him inside a room where he had to do work.
