Quotas lower a persons worth down to there skin or gender. 
Put people that maybe be poor at the job before a person skilled in it just to fill the quota.

Quotas are for the weak minded who can’t handle it when jobs are skill based instead of race or gender based ironically making them the racist and sexist ones.
