Section 2: the driver picks up the hitchhiker.

Section 3: the driver tries to start a conversation with the hitcher but the hitcher doesn’t say much in response.

Section 4: the hitcher asks to change the radio station to music.

Section 5: there is an announcement that a killer has escaped from prison.

Section 6: the driver starts to suspect that the hitcher is the escaped killer.

father and I started to get ready for the party at home. We decorated the living room with some balloons and we went to the bakery to get my mom a birthday cake. We also picked up the food that we have ordered for the party in the restaurant nearby our house.
About an hour later, the guests started arriving. Just then, my brother called to inform that he and our mother would be coming home soon. Soon all the guests had arrived, so all of us hid excitedly and waited for their return. Within moments, we heard a car parking, followed by people walking towards the front door.
After my mother opened the door, all of us jumped out of our hiding places and shouted, “Surprise!” My mother was quite shocked to see so many people in our beautifully decorated

living room. For a while, she was dumbfounded. But in the end, she looked so happy with the surprise party.

Amongst the thin, spikey palm trees,  the yellow rays of sunshine and the cotton candy clouds floating in the glaring blue sky, is located a soaring building consisting of uncountable floors and windows. The building forms a triangle-like shape, with cone-shaped structures overlapping each other, going thinner and thinner as you soar higher to the sky. The end of the skyscraper was like a sharp hand, reaching for the sun above. Although having infinite windows, each and one of them gleamingly shone as bright as a star, reflecting the light shone by the violent sun. The Burj Khalifa towered all over the buildings and people, looking like a mere ants beside this mammoth building. The sleek architecture and build of this skyscraper would catch anyone’s attention, making them awe. The breezy wind swept my body hair, as if inviting me to come inside the luxurious building.

 

Entering the humongous entrance of the skyscraper, an assembled multitude of people, some taking selfies, some playing their phones and some simply shook with their own amazement of the building’s architecture. While the outside is remarkable, the inside is no less stunning. Each floor was already hovering tall above us, filled with elegant furniture and ornaments. The rays of the sun peeked amongst the shiny windows and steels, creating shapes of sun rays on the entrance floor. I stood there in silence amongst the busy crowd, once again gasped in amazement of this skyscraper, Burj Khalifa.

Every inch of this magnificent work of art and was incredibly pleased to discover it to be a masterpiece. Many visitors to this impressive building are foreigners. These buildings cost lots of pounds sterling to build and required hundreds of laborers. It took 30 years to finish the tall 4 towers. According to architect, the hands of the artisans and laborers who built were severed when it was finished, preventing them from building another tower.

The building has endured for so long while retaining its original splendor and magnificence, surviving the whims of time and weather. This historic structure has received many appreciations and awards from the best architect. It is wonderful. 

Every king and queens from all over the world came and visited this magic structure towers, standing up right with 100 feet tall above the ground with its powerful magnetic surface under the ground. Seeing this beautiful creation made the city looks even better, crowded with horns and taxis. People work here and there, using elevators to 60^th floor everyday is just insane, eating above 300 feet is everyone’s daily activity in this city. The government has even awarded these buildings as the most successful building ever made in this country with 300 feet tall.

 

"Floor 87" the secretary responded with an assertive tone.

The man's eyes got big and he started breathing heavy, the man at that moment just found out about his hidden phobias of heights. He trotted to the elevator and went in. The millions of buttons ranging from different numbers were overwhelming for him and took him some time to find floor 87. HE pressed the button for floor 87 with his shaking and shivering arm and stood till and waited,. The elevator did not play any music and the deafening silence only made it even more difficult for the already nervous businessman. As time passed by minutes felt like hours for the man. He felt like fainting and had cold sweats, just as he was about to pass out the elevator dinged and opened its doors dramatically to floor 87. The long hallway surrounded by glass showing the delightful city skyline emphasised how high they were in the sky. The man saw clouds and the realisation hit about high he was in the building. He sat down nervously tapping on his lap before being called to the interview room. He opened the door to a new chapter of his life and proceeded to his interview. To his surprise the floor of the boss’s office building was glass. He said to himself don’t look down, don’t look down, yet he did look down and almost lost his balance. Dancing left and right to the chair for the interviewee, he finally got a grip of himself and sat himself down. He did the interview and exited the office. He sped to the elevator and pressed the button to take him down to the lobby. His second time on the elevator was 100 times better he wasn’t shaking and he felt that his phobia of heights was just him being nervous for the interview. However, he still arrived at the lobby dizzy and was also dancing out of the building. He took another good look of the towering tower and trotted back to his car thinking about the building he’ll never forget.
