In Sweet Tooth: Pubba is Gus’s father.  He protects Gus from the outside world and also nurtures his curiosity and skills as he grows up.  Pubba also provides food, shelter and everything Gus needs to survive, making him a classic father/mother figure.

In Sweet Tooth: Gus grows up in the sunshine and joy of the forest.  Most scenes with Gus are brightly lit with sunshine or magical light.  In contrast, when poachers come to hunt him, the scenes are dark and full of danger.  In addition, the scenes set in the city that has spiralled into chaos are all dark.  People are despairing and wandering through the pandemic in despair.  Light and darkness are used to heighten this message without having to say it to the audience in words, but rather letting the images send the message clearly.

In Sweet Tooth: Gus grows up in the green and fertile forest in Yellowstone Park.  His life is happy and he and his father seem to have everything they need.  The setting seems to serve as a contrast to the world “outside the fence” that is consumed by chaos and disease.  Gus’s father tells him that he must not go outside the fence, so it is clear that the forest serves as a metaphor or safety and plenty.

Summary: Erie is an Irish myth about a deer-man who could pass 

between worlds.  He grows up first as a wildman of the woods and 

then takes on his more human side to heal the world.  The hunting 

of the Erie is said to be the search for wisdom.

In Sweet Tooth: Gus is a child born as hybrid deer and boy.  Like the Erie, he grows up as sort of a “wildman” in the woods, though his father raises him like any normal child.  He has language and usually human behaviors.  Eventually he leaves the woods and enters the world humans.  He is hunted by poachers and, as the series progresses, the audience learns that his is hunted for something he can offer to the disease that plagues humans.  In a way, Gus is different than all the other hybrids and it is hinted that he can help bring new knowledge to the humans.  This fits the story of the Celtic Erie in that he grows up in the wild, he crosses worlds and he seems to be hunted for the wisdom and healing he can bring to the the world.

Gus, as a baby,  is brought to live in the woods by his father because the world is falling apart.  This time is later called “The Crumble”.  Fires and chaos consume the “real” world in what was civilization and Gus’s father brings him to the isolation of the woods in Yellowstone Park where he creates a paradise in which Gus grows up.  Gus is protected from society and its problems and is isolated from technology and the world.  He is told the world outside the fence is dangerous and he must stay inside the fence.

Definition: Typically an adolescent coming 

of age in the world an awakening or 

awareness of the world and a loss of 

innocence.

In The Text: When Harry is brought to the magical world he has to learn about everything for the first time. Harry was raised by his non-magic relatives who never told him about his abilities or parents, so when he was told by Hagrid he was a wizard and was brought to diagon alley everything was new to him. Over time he learns and begins to understand the world and becomes more aware of his abilities.

The journey - The journey is when the paths the characters take is more important than the actual destination. This connects to the story because it might actually be some sort of time loop and therefore have no end.

The boy that died after saving Chun from the fisherman’s nets is reborn as a fish in the world under the sea.

The Ritual

Chun and the other people participating in the coming of age ceremony are turned into red dolphins and are sent up to the human world for seven to explore.

Definition:  A battle between two basic forces, typically with something of value at sake like the world, a person ect.. 

In Avengers: Infinity  War:  Like most Avengers films, this archetypal situation is very strong. In the Infinity war there is a clear battle between Thanos’s armies and The Avengers. With Thanos’s poor intentions to kill half of the universes population, this makes him the evil in the story, along with all the stealing of the stones and all the killing he has already done. The Avengers have a history of helping out and saving the universe and even though some characters switch from the good forces to bad (Loki), the Avengers overall are the saviors in this story.

In the movie, Qiu helps Chun by sending her back to the human world so that she and Kun can live happily with each other.

The Trickster

The Rat Matron saves Kun and Chun from the ice water just to steal her ocarina so that she could go into the human world.

Father Figure

Chun’s grandpa is kind of like a father figure. When her friend, Qiu get hurt, she ends up going to him for help rather than her own parents. After the grandfather dies, he turns into a begonia tree and still looks after Chun.

The Villain - Adler - The Villain is a character who does everything to oppose the protagonists. Adler does this by shoving Elster down a pit, hunting down Isa with an anti tank rifle, and stabbing Elster in the face.

The Unhealable Wound

Definition: This wound is either physical or psychological and cannot be fully healed. It 

also indicates a loss of innocence. These wounds always ache and often drive the sufferer to desperate 

measures.

In The Text: Harry has a mental wound because of the death of his parents which drives much of the narrative. When Hagrid tells Harry that his parents were murdered and he learns his aunt and uncle lied to him it helps him trust hagrid and distrust his aunt and uncle, this made it more likely that he went with Hagrid. After learning that Voldemort was trying to steal the sorcerer's stone he got more motivated and dedicated more time to stopping him because Voldemort had killed his parents.

The fall, The second archetypal situation in A New Hope The fall is clearly shown at the very end of the movie. This is where Luke is in his fighter jet flying around finally getting to the heart of the death star and blowing it up. This is a very literal fall because it shows the fall of the sith with the largest base of their being blown up. This is a direct connection to the fall because it is the sith falling and going from a higher to a lower state of being.

Definition:  A weapon of value typically that enhances a characters individual power and/or gives them a power. 

In Avengers: Infinity War: The magic weapon in the Avengers: Infinity War is the Infinity Stones. In this movie the Thanos has a Infinity Gauntlet made for him to be able to hold all the stones at the same time. Originally all the stones were given to different Stone Keepers on different planets which kept balance in the universe because the power was divided. Thanos wanted the most power in the universe and set out his way to obtain all of them which caused an unbalance being as not one being were meant to hold all of them. The infinity stones create a mission for the Avengers and also dictate the universe‘s future. They hold great power making them a key part to this story and archetypal situation.

Imperial star ships are hiding. They end up at the planet Denab, where they find the Eye of Sion, a hyperspace ring to travel outside the galaxy. They travel to Peridea, to find Grand

Admiral Thrawn. The Hero's find there long lost friend Ezra

Bridger, and hid from the Empire.

Definition: Nature is good while technology and society or civilization are bad.  

In Avatar: The Navi who were a peaceful species living in harmony with nature, minding their own business when the humans slowly invaded their planet and sent Avatar spies like Jake sully (before he changed) to collect information about them to know if it was safe to invade. When the humans got their chance they tried to invade their home and kill them so that they could take the minerals and resources from pandora.

In the movie Cars, the archetypal situation “The Journey” appears. For instance, Lightning McQueen appears as an ignorant, self-centered racer who only believes in speeding through every situation. But going through the lessons of repaving the road, and observing Doc Hudson. He learned how to take his time and learn the valuable lessons of friendship and a community. 

The Wasteland -The wasteland is when there is and area that might have once been prosperous but has now lost its former glory. Most of the places in signalis are places facilities or cities that were working or in order until the disease came and killed everyone.

Definition: to identify himself so that he may reassume his rightful position, the hero must perform some nearly superhuman deed.

In Avatar: The antagonist Jake sully, a former marine who can’t walk, was informed that his brother who was the operator of an avatar died and he was given the opportunity to operate an Avatar to spy on the Na’vi. In return for valuable information on the Na’vi, Colonel Miles Quaritch promised him that after it was all over he would give him new legs so that he would be able to walk again. This was a very important task to Jake sully because he wanted to be able to walk again badly.

The archetypal situation “Good and Evil” appears during the conflict between McQueen and Chick Hicks. During the final race, Chick Hicks cheats and disrupts King’s race which made him crash. Instead of McQueen winning and achieving the Piston Cup, he decided to become the better person and help King. Even though McQueen didn't win the piston cup, he won the hearts of all the fans. While Chick Hicks was regarded as trash.

In avatar: Jake sully is the main character, and he performs extraordinary beneficial deeds in the movie when he risks his life to fight, and protect the Na’vi. 

The Garden is the mystical realm beneath the sea. This place is considered safe by the people that live there because it’s away from the humans and it’s peaceful.

The Sea

Water plays an important role in the movie. The building that most of the characters in the movie live in, is surrounded by water. When Chun goes up to the human world, she only swims in the sea. Later in the movie, the sea water from the human world pours down and starts to flood Chun’s world.

I believe that Harry fits the role of the innocent well because he he didn’t grow up knowing about magic or about his parents death. In the movie Harry has to fight Voldemort despite being very young and very inexperienced. 

Definition:  Characters that normally have of sort of superhuman powers or have valued traits that play a big part in the plot of a story.  They are the saviors. 

In Avengers: Infinity War: The hero’s in this movie are the Avengers. In this movie, the plot surrounds these Heroes and their mission to save the universe. They play a huge part in the movie, especially because in this movie all the hero’s come together after being split up for years. This also brings hero groups together to fight like The Avengers and The Guardians of the Galaxy. The hero's intention are only good in this movie, they want to save people. .

In avatar: There are dragons called “Mountain banshees“ that are large, dragon like aerial predators that are native to Pandora, and they are used by Jake sully, and the Na'vi for hunting from the air and traveling larger distances, and even in combat.

In avatar: the Na’vi live near the tree of souls on pandora which is a sacred site for the Omatikaya Na'vi clan and their closest connection to Eywa, also known as the All Mother or Great Mother, who is the biological sentient guiding force of life and the only known deity of the Na'vi. Near the tree of souls is a safe place for the Na’vi where there aren’t any predators.

The reluctant hero, Han solo plays a incredible role as a reluctant hero in A New Hope At first he is only in on the mission for his desperate need for the money,but gradually as he gets more invested in the journey, especially through his connection with other characters, he eventually shows his heroic side and risks his own life to help take down the death star. The reluctant hero is a great fit for him because he was not intentionally seeking an adventure and was just in it for the money.

The villain,The very obvious villain in A New Hope is clearly darth vader, with his menacing dark figure and driven by the hope of having control over the galaxy. He is a clear villain because he has direct opposite beliefs to the hero Luke Skywalker.

Light and dark - The symbols of light and dark are used when lighting is very important. In signalis, light usually represents safety, however, in the light it is easier to get spotted by the monsters.

The helper is the character which assists or guide the protagonists. Usually a wise old woman or man. Doc Hudson fits this role because he is wise and older. But also has major experience in racing, being regarded as an idol for race car drivers. Throughout the movie, Doc Hudson taught McQueen a driving maneuver that benefited him at the ending of the race. But also supported McQueen during the race, acting as his crew chief, keeping McQueen calm and fired up.

I believe this myth correlates to the walking dead because the infection starts the apocalypse and starts many bad things to happen. It also correlates because later in the show evil people rule the world now.

In avatar: Farther away from the tree of souls is a forest setting where there are dangerous predators such as The great leonopteryx, the apex airborne predator native to Pandora, and Thanators, the rainforest's most fearsome predators. Early in the movie we see Jake sully being saved by Neytiri from baby Thanators at night when he got separated from his crew, and she brought him to the garden where he would be safe near the tree of souls

Professor Quirrell perfectly fits the role of the alter ego. In the movie Professor Quirrell is portrayed as a coward who is constantly stuttering even fainting on the night the troll broke in. At the end of the movie it is revealed that he was actually working with Voldemort and was just putting on a character, and even was the one who let the troll in.

In avatar: On pandora there is both “Haven” and “wilderness” for the Na’vi where haven is their home near the tree of souls, and wilderness is farther from their home where they face challenges, have to hunt for their food, and fend for themselves against predators without the help of eywa (their god).

Definition:  Characters that normally are not in much power, they are looked down upon. These characters seem like side characters almost but become a big part in the end.   

In Avengers: Infinity War: In the Avengers alliance of hero’s I think that Peter Parker or Spider-Man is the under dog. He's the young hero, he’s set up to just be the “Friendly neighborhood Spider-Man”, and he lacks wisdom and experience that the other heroes have. I think that this really sets up his character to be looked down upon and not valued as much as hero’s like Thor or Captain America. I think that even though he’s a “small“ hero he plays a big part in the movie and you get to watch him become a better hero in this movie.  I also think that this brings room for a Father figure, Tony Stark, to almost mentor Peter Parker as he experiences more.

In the movie, no one in the world beneath the sea are humans. Everyone’s powers are to connect to nature. There are many supernatural creatures as well.

Light/Dark

In the movie, the “light” is the village where Chun and her family live, things are bright and peaceful there. The “dark” is where the Rat Matron lives. She lives in the sewers and lives with rats. In the movie, the bad souls are turned into rats while the good ones are turned into fish.

In avatar: Jake sully is a good example of Educated stupidity, and Neytiri is a good example of innate wisdom on pandora. When Neytiri first finds and saves Jake sully, she brings him to their home and she brings him under her wing and trains him to become one of them, and during their training there are times where Neytiri has to save him from dangerous situations because of him getting cocky and thinking he knows everything when he is still naive on pandora. 

The trickster/fool is a character who is a wise fool, being outrageous and mischievous. Mater connects very well with the “fool” role, being he is always goofy, fun, and always optimistic. Mater shows a relation by being a bit oblivious and dumb, but produces a fun and amusing atmosphere wherever he goes. 

Summary: After Hercules killed his first family and atoned for those murders with the famous twelve labors, the greatest Greek hero had a second family with Deianeira. He won her hand in a violent contest with the river god Achelous and later rescued her from the centaur Nessus, the centaur starts to run off with her. 

In avatar: Jake sully is a human who was a former marine, and one day he received a call that his brother who was an avatar operator had died. In this movie there are human hybrids called “Avatars” which were operated by humans. These avatars are similar to the Centaur in the story of Hercules and his wife Deianira because they are both half and human half creatures. 

Villian. A witch is a person thought to have magic powers,

especially evil ones, and a villain is a character whose evil

actions or motives are important to the plot. Morgan Elsbeth

is is one of the witches of Dathomir, and she is a dangerous

one. She has magical powers that can control people's

minds. Morgan Elsbeth is also one of the villains in this story,

her goal is to bring back Grand Admiral Thrawn and start

another galaxy wide war.

The Forbidden Forest perfectly represents the forest archetype it is dark and filled with monsters literally. In the movie Harry, Ron, Hermione and Draco all get detention and have to go with Hagrid into the forbidden forest. In the forest Harry and Draco find a vampire like creature which is later revealed to be Voldemort who tries to kill them. 

Definition: A destructed or not in use piece of land that is considered barren.  

In Avengers: Infinity War: The waste lands are the battlefields . The battles that take place in this movie most time become very destructed and this as a result makes the land  a waste land. In the city for example, after one of the first battles in the movie the city had visibly become desmaleshed. The battles bring on the destruction and the reason to why they become wastelands. Unlike the land originally being a wasteland, in Avengers: Infinity war, they become waste lands. These show the impact and destruction that battles bring to this world in this movie. 

The small town is called Radiator Springs, the setting where most of the movie takes place. Radiator Springs represents a small town because it starts out as a rundown dusty small town, appearing as a place that is much more quiet and slower pace. The exact opposite from which Lightning McQueen was used to before.

He murders his own brother in order to take his throne.

The forest, The forest plays a large role in “A New Hope” while not being as prominent as Luke’s home or even the death star, it serves a crucial setting during the most climactic part of the film. The dense forest provides a sense of wilderness and a feeling of being hidden from the sith. The forest also acts as a very different setting to the desert in the beginning of the film showing the diverse environment shown in A New Hope.

The wasteland setting represents the location of where Radiator Springs resides. While Sally and McQueen ventured along Route 66, we got to observe the great beautiful wasteland that surrounded them. This shows the vast open space that represents isolation from the city life which McQueen was used too. Radiator Springs which is in the wasteland setting is shown as a forgotten city, being overcast by the famous nearby intersection. 

Definition: The vessel of transportation used to adventure through the sea. 

In Avengers: Infinity War: This “Ships at Sea“ setting symbolizes spaceships in space in Avengers: Infinity war. I think that Space ships are a key source of transportation and also the setting of battles a few times in this movie. They can both hold enemies or alliances making the spaceships spontaneous. They are universal things that play a big part in this movie. I also think that the ships can mean a lot to certain people like the guardians of the galaxy. The plot of this movie incorporates a lot of the reappearing ships at sea moments.

showing her courage and bravery during battles and duels. She shows respect to most, and is

considered a good person by many in the Star Wars universe. Ahsoka also connects to being an explorer

because of her traits to find an adventure to help save the galaxy. Ahsoka is also one to uncover secrets

and mysteries among the galaxy.

Hogwarts school is a huge magical castle filled to the brim with magical creatures and artifacts like it’s many paintings who are all alive. In addition to that Hogwarts is often mentioned as a incredibly safe and secure building.

The symbol of light and dark can be connected to the transformation of Radiator Springs. Before McQueen came, the small town was dusty and darker. There was no visitors and was like a desert. But after McQueen finished the road, made all the cars there including Sally happy by fixing the lights and polishing Radiator Springs. The town looked new with new lighting and back to which it was before.

Light and dark, A very clear symbol in star wars is light and dark with the light being the jedi side symbolizing peace harmony and selflessness. With characters like Luke and Obi-Wan. On the other side there is the dark side representing aggression, fear ,and selfishness. With characters like Darth vader.

Radiator Springs acts as the haven in the movie. For example, during the final race, McQueen was distracted and kept on thinking of Sally and Radiator Springs. It was a fun, happy, and comfortable place for McQueen. Even after the race, McQueen decided to set his headquarters there, to be able to stay and keep his connections with his new friends.

Definition: Artifacts that are used to represent necessary components of the universe that keep everything balanced and together

In Avengers: Infinity War: The Infinity Stones themselves symbolize elements of the universe like space, reality, power, soul, mind, and time. each stone controls that element for everyone making it very important for a stone keeper to me responsible. These stone symbolize power in this film, they grant the stonekeeper control over that element. I also think that the stones could over all stand for responsibility being they are so important. A stone keeper needs to deserve being a stone keeper like Dr. Strange and Vision for example. They both over time earned their stone with the trust that they had good intentions and in Infinity war they kept them and made the best decisions for the stone Against a bad force like Thanos. I think that when the stones are given to the wrong power like Loki for example, those individuals are lead to their fall. Loki, even though he had accomplished terrible things with the stone, he ended up dead. And Thanos also, he was undeserving of the stones which lead to his fall as well. 

There’s a creature in Chinese mythology named KunPeng. It’s a giant fish that’s said to be miles long, it can also turn into a bird. When it’s a fish, they call it Kun and when it's a bird, they call it Peng. (I learned this in school, so there’s no URL.)

Connection to Movie

Chun named the fish Kun. Kun grows bigger and bigger as the movie goes on (about as big as a blue whale). At the end of the movie, Kun flies away back into the human world.

forests. The forests give off an eerie scene during the interaction. The forest is made to be dark and

scary, it also enhances the fight they have in the forest.

In the movie when Harry has to face Quirrell and Voldemort he was able to burn there skin simply by touching them, this was because of the protective magic that Harry’s mother gave him when she sacrificed her love for him. Even though this doesn’t have to do with gods I would still consider a supernatural intervention especially because it only came in when Harry was about to lose.

Definition: Characters with  “brain“ as in cleverness, wisdom, and smarts and characters with “bronze” as in physical strength.  this archetype explains what's needed or more beneficial to the characters.

In Avengers: Infinity War: This archetype is shown throughout the Avengers. While fighting Thanos, being as he is the most challenging villain the Avengers have ever fought, they need to have strengths and skills that he doesn’t, or at least to use against him. While some characters have the strength like Thor and  Captain America, others have strategy skills and wisdom like Dr. Strange, Tony Stark and Bruce Banner. Having wisdom and strategy really make certain Avengers really strong because they can benefit the alliance so much. Being able to outsmart an army of enemies using a person is a huge skill and was used a lot against Thanos. When the Guardians of the Galaxy and the Avengers came to Titan, they worked together with a strategy to try to remove Thanos’s Gauntlet and it almost worked. I think the true overall archetype in this movie is using everyone’s abilities and powers, whether its physical strength or smarts,  to benefit each other as a team. The team has to work together with everyone’s skills and powers using them in ways that compliment others. Sometimes that means using a developed plan including using someone's strength or power like how Mants used her power to rest Thanos.

Hippodamia is the daughter of King Oenomaus of Pisa, he would offer her hand to any suitor by winning a race against himself, but the punishment would be death. What made this unfair, is that King Oenomaus’ horse and chariot was from Ares, being extremely fast. Pelops went for the challenge, but before they started, both Pelops and Hippodamia fell in love. To make sure Pelops won the race, he got the help of Poseidon and replaced Oenomaus’ chariot’s linchpins with wax. Now, Pelops also had a very fast pair of horses and chariot, along with Oenomaus’ chariot breaking which brought the win of Pelops. 

This story is connected to the movie Cars because of the major racing element in both the film and myth. Beside racing, they both are facing a formidable opponent like McQueen facing Chick Hicks and King, while Pelops is facing Oenomaus. Finally, they both reflect the importance of friendship and how important the help from others is. Without the cars from Radiator Springs, McQueen wouldn’t have done that well in the final race. Along with Pelops, he got the support from Poseidon, and many other characters to win the race.

Chiron,Obi-Wan Kenobi’s role as a mentor to Luke very well connects to the famous mentor in greek mythology chiron. The wise centaur who mentored heroes like Achilles and Jason. Both Obi-Wan and Chiron wise minds and guidance help heroes on their journey to navigate any challenges they may face on the way.

As is said in the movie “The Wand Chooses the Wizard” all wands in the series can only be used at full potential by their owner and in some cases are very difficult to use by others. It’s also worth noting that Harry has a particularly powerful wand.

Edward Mordrake is the subject of a urban legend from the 1800s he reportedly had a face on the back of his head that would whisper bad things to him at night Edward supposedly killed himself at age 23 because doctors would not remove it. The face on the back of his head reportedly had a pair of eyes and a mouth that drooled. It was said to “sneer when Edward was happy” and “Smile when he weeped” In the movie Professor Quirrell was being posted by Voldemort who had taken form as a devilish face on the back of his head and was the one commanding Quirrell to do everything. This is very similar to how the face on the back of Edward Mordrake's would tell him horrible things.

Summary of the myth: This commonly told myth is about a man named Noah that was told by a god to save two of every specie of animals and his family on a boat before the god floods and destroys everything else. Noah does as he is told and the god does what he said he would. He flooded everything and destroyed everything but Noah boat, that survived. 

Compared to Avengers: Infinity War: I think that this destruction myth has many similarities to Avengers: Infinity War. In the movie the plot surround Thanos’s motives to destroy and kill half of the planets population. Thanos wanted to kill off everybody because he didn’t like them and wanted peace, similar to the god in Noah's myth. The God in Noah's myth did not like the people and found them sinful so he killed them all off. I think the fact that this myth consists of so much destruction of the world, and it forces people to rebuild the world after the destruction relate each other as well. After Thanos goes through with his plan and succeeds, the Avengers and remaining people are forced to rebuild and create new lives with what they had, like what Noah must’ve had to do. This movie shows all the destruction and violence that Thanos craved, he had no sympathy while doing any of it either much like the god deciding to kill everyone but Noah. Both Thanos and this god did not want humans because they weren’t peaceful too, giving them both an excuse to kill them in the myth and in the movie.  I think that this myth closely correspond in many ways like destruction, the rebuilding of their own peace, and the motives of a people of great power choosing to do terrible things.

and Ahsoka both embark on journeys that involve growth as a character. Second Encounters with

Adversaries, the two main characters both fight many enemies, such as Marrok, Morgan Elsbeth, and

Balin Sokl. Odysseus faced the cyclops, the Lotus Eaters, and the Sirens. Finally Themes of Loyalty and

Betrayal. Ahsoka was falsely accused of treason by the Jedi and cast out, Odysseus faced betrayal from

mortal and divine force throughout his journey.

simba is just a carefree lion cub who dreams of being king but doesn't really understand what responsibilities it comes with. Simba's journey begins with a the death of his father, Mufasa. The tragedy occurs during a wildebeest stampede in which Mufasa is killed while trying to save Simba. Scar, Simba's uncle and Mufasa's brother, manipulates the situation to make Simba believe that he is responsible for Mufasa's death. This event is a turning point that lead to his exile.  After his father Mufasa's death, Simba feels overwhelming guilt and runs away from his responsibilities. He spends a long time avoiding his past and living in isolation. With the help of friends like Rafiki and Nala, Simba starts to see things differently. He learns to confront his fears and accept his true identity. Eventually, he decides to return home and confront his uncle Scar. By the end of the story, Simba has undergone significant growth. He's no longer the unsure cub he once was. He's faced his past, conquered challenges, and embraced his destiny as the rightful king.

on is The Hero’s Journey, and The Explorer. The Ahsoka series has many segments when Ahsoka herself

fights in battles, and most times succeeds. For instance the battle on the Planet Corellia, she fights a Sith

Inquisitor working for the Empire. My next Archetype The Explorer, happens many times in this series.

Good vs Evil: Strange and the organization are the good who protects earth from evil sources that are tying to take over the world while the evil is Dormammu and his evil minions that are trying to take over the world

The light and dark archetype is used by most people associating light with the good side, and the dark to the bad side. The supernatural archetype is used when someone or something has abilities that just don’t seem possible, for example being able to use the force.

Another archetype I noticed being used a lot was the Garden. The Garden is like the safe place that a character can live/stay in. Sometimes this is the place that the character starts out in and has to leave.

One last archetype I saw being used was the Mother/Father figure. In many cases, the main character has a mother/father figure because they still don’t know how everything works and still need to be taken care of. I feel like this archetypes are only used if the main character is isn’t fully grown though.
