         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>1. Do you encounter any product defect or product received slightly different from as displayed from customers? How do you deal with this in case it happens ?</strong><br>So far, we are so thankful because we have never encountered any product defect or product slightly different. However, if this case happens in the future, we will make sure to refund our customers or send them new product that they ordered to them. Another from that, we will always check our products to ensure our product does not have any defects or slightly different.<br><br><strong>2. What are the age ranges targeted and do you plan to target the men market as well in the future?</strong></div><div>Our target customer are all ages but to be more specific we target teenagers and working adult. Since you are selling your products , what do you think is unique in your shop compared to your competitors ?</strong><br>As comparing our products with other competitor, we find that our chocolate has a different kind of taste due to the quality of chocolate we are using. The taste is so much favourable with the right amount of chocolate been used without overwhelming. How do you think you can survive in the business with a lot of competition in the same line of business ?</strong><br>In order to survive, we need to ensure that we have some sort of loyalty among our customers in a sense that there will be regular customers that are fully satisfied with our products. In order to gain regular customers, we aim to upgrade our products quality from time to time together with the customers’ needs. For instance, we will be monitoring the customers' feedback and reviews on our products and take those remarks as a catalyst to improve our products so we can enlarge our consumers' scale.<br><br><strong>2. How can you say your product is high quality ? How do you measure it ?</strong><br>At Nims Chocotub HQ, they created a Research and Development team to produce the most high quality products with affordable price. The HQ ensures health and safety measure such as appointment, face mask, temperature check, safety dividers at checkout and following the SOPs. The products that we received will be check if there are any stains, opened bottle or other problems before we post it out to customers.</div>]]></description>

How big is the market opportunity ?</strong><br>Our choco tub has wide market opportunity as it is in the Food &amp; Beverages industry which is a very demanding product. Our buyer is not just come from a personal consumers but also from retailers.<br><br><strong>2. What percentage of the market share do you hope to get ?</strong><br>As a start-up business, we do hope to sell about 50,000 units of choco tubs per month and we are currently doing our best to reach more customers within Malaysia. Then, we can also screenshot the conversation as an evidence and show to next customer to guarantee our product is delicious and safe.<br><br><strong>2. How can your company determine if a customer has paid their payment?</strong><br>Make sure that the bank account is given correctly if customer choose payment by online banking. Make sure that the money is given directly to the people who in charge to collect the money without passing through any other people if the customer choose to pay cash.</div>]]></description>

Each of the choco tub is really crispy and customers will definitely satisfied with our product. Besides that, we use a very stunning packaging for our product that will catch customers attention.<br><br><strong>2. Who are your target customers and how do you approach them ?</strong><br>Our target customers are around 13-30 years old. From 13 to 30 years old, people will choose to buy the things that give some promotion when they want to try something new and they will continue buying this product if the product is nice to them. Our team ensure the fast delivery by making a scheduled delivery before any holiday and before the delivery services closed. Other than that, we make sure to give notes and statement for every late deliveries to customers and always keep in check with the delivery service to ensure customers’ satisfaction.<br><br><strong>2.What is your market penetration ?</strong><br>Our market penetration is through social media. We post out information such as ingredients, benefits and such to create a soft sell and invite more customers to see the benefits of buying from us. What do you offer to your customers in case they receive defected items ?</strong><br>We will give them two options which is refund or we will send them the same product that they bought before.<br><br><strong>2. Did your company have any operational expenses in addition to the cost of production?</strong><br>Yes, the additional cost for packaging where we have to buy tape, scissors, box and bubble wrap to make sure the items arrive safely to the customer. Other than that, we need to pay for gas of our vehicle to the post office also since we do promotion on the internet, the cost of data for internet also have to be paid.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Is there any obstacle that you guys face along conducting the business except competitive market ?</strong></div><div>Yes, one of the obstacles that has been facing is that, due to this Covid-19, it has been difficult for us to get our things to make the chocojar since export and import has decreased too much due to the pandemic. And it takes too long for our products to arrive as the domestic shipping takes time too. This is apparently creating frustration of the customers as we are taking sometime to deliver to them. We may loose our customers over here.&nbsp;</div><div><br><strong>2. How you guys obtain customer trust to try for your products ?</strong></div><div>We do advertisement through Instagram and mostly til tok with hosting the live and promoting to them about our chocojar. We will also shows all the good review of our customers after trying our chocojar. Apart from that, some customers makes video to review and promote of our product. This is one of the advantage as the video is valid and can't be said as a fake person as how a comment works.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
