Another reason I agree is because my dad is a painter but he does drywall, paints, plasters, and he makes furniture, my mom though does at least 1.4 of everything my dad does. Another reason is because women usually do the house work and might have their kids help them with it. Also some women don't like getting their hands dirty so they might not do it as officiant. They might even have less energy and won't get the job done on time if they have a deadline. Not to be inappropriate but women might get pregnant and it will make them not be able to go to work and if they can't they might not be able to do their job as good as they used to because of that. Men might make more money to because they have family and they need to maintain them so that they don't go poor. Also it might not just be that men are better than women but most wife's and husband's don't work together and work at different jobs so their salary is different.
