How do you figure out your target heart rate?

Your target heart rate is the number of beats per minute that you find when you exercise. To find your target heart rate, exercise, than take your pulse. You can either take two fingers and place them on your neck or your wrist. Then count how many times you feel your pulse within a 10 second period, than multiply that number by 6, or you can count for 15 seconds and multiply by 4. You can choose whichever method is easier.

How do you play rugby?

Anyone can play rugby even if you have little knowledge of the game. Rugby is play in a 80 minute span. You can carry the ball in your hands or you can kick the ball at any point during the game. The ball can't go forward by the person carrying the ball, but that person is allowed to kick the ball forward. If you pass the ball forward it is a penalty. The penalty results in the other team getting a scrum. A scrum is when the number of situations is restarted during the game and involves both teams forwards getting together. To score you need to get a try, a try is worth five points. If you get a try you get a field goal, the field goal is worth three points. Also a penalty goal is worth three points.
