I don’t see a need to “celebrate” possessing an innate ability, ultimately the results are dependent on how you utilise said abilities.

To me creativity is being able to think out of the box and come out with things that are different.

As an assistant teacher at a tuition center that teaches kids age ranging from 18 months old to secondary 4, i often find myself having to find ways to conduct lessons in an engaging manner so that my students will not be bored. Additionally, when the little children cries due to attachment issues with their parents, i would need to think of creative ways to distract them and stop them from crying

Not so much so of taught but I would say it can be inspired and nurtured. For instance, we can look at what other people did and gain inspiration from there.

2. I think adaptability is a key skill in today's economy. Situation such as jobs getting replaced by AI or technology. One need to adapt and reskill when our jobs are being forcefully changed.
