More specifically, Trump withdrew the US from the deal which prevented Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons and affected supporters of the deal. The US also imposed economic sanctions on Iran. Despite the efforts to maintain the deal, the US warns Iran for the US’ military preparation to respond to any attack. The US’s pressure put on Iran in order to restrain the Iran’s support for terrorism and potential threats to the world, but it encourage Iran’s ambition of nuclear weapons and potential conflict. All the US administration measures weren’t effective, it only made Iran more aggressive and forced them to do everything to make a nuclear deal possible. Besides, Europeans took actions to prevent the US’s aggressive action. Mối quan ngại lớn nhất hiện giờ là nguy cơ tiềm ẩn về một cuộc chiến tranh. Thỉnh thoảng, cố vấn an ninh quốc gia  Bolton và Ngoại trưởng Mỹ Pompeo hành xử như thể họ rất nóng lòng gây chiến, và những hành động của Mỹ hồi năm ngoái đã gia tăng đáng kể khả năng một tính toán sai lầm có thể chuyển hóa dần thành xung đột.  Trong khi có vẻ như Trump không muốn chiến tranh xảy ra, với sự vô lý và ý thức hệ cực đoan về Iran của mình, không khó đề chúng ta hình dung cảnh ông ta sa lầy vào xung đột. Mặc dù nhân dân Mỹ không đồng tình với sự lệ thuộc của Mỹ đối với biện pháp quân sự nhằm giải quyết vấn đề, thực tế là  70% trong số họ xem Iran là kẻ thù có thể thúc đẩy xung đột xảy ra nhanh hơn. 

 Sự khích lệ Trump nhận được từ Ả Rập Xêút, UAE và Israel trong vấn đề Iran không hề giúp tình hình trở nên khá khẩm hơn.
