1.Burden is something that is dragging you down and taking you off of the right course.
2.Kipling views the people being imperialized as wild and non patient and crazy some what, maybe some what devilish//evil. He is not correct in this description because others would not feel the same way because Kipling saw the 
people as horrible or nasty because he probably had a strong sense of racism.
3.Kiplings view on imperialism is that if they are in owned by us that they should be putting in work for our country too ,to help us progress.
