This park has a pond, river, basketball courts, pavilions, paved trails, playset, open fields, many mature trees, restrooms, sledding hills, and spans over 110 acres! Parks incorporated in cities are extremely beneficial and can be a great way for people to exercise, destress, reconnect with nature, or enjoy time with family and friends.

The Sugarhouse Shopping Center is filled with locally owned shops, amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and name brand stores. The businesses are easily accessible and have ample parking.

It is also ranked #1 in quality and care in the nation among academic medical centers. This is a great addition to a community and is easily accessible.

This is a photo of the panhandling sign at the Taco Bell in Sugarhouse. You can clearly see that homelessness is a problem, but the community is finding other solutions to help those in need.
