 Within both industries they use social media for reason that they can reach a wider audience and collate popularity because of technology updates. 

Contracts of all types are involved within popular music mainly freelance and company contracts. In comparison to advertising and marketing that uses full time and part time contracts. 

The skills needed in advertising are that you need to know your customers and have good team work communication. Within popular music

He had a clear voice which made it easy to understand him. 
Jakes confidence and fluency of information was effective, he was able to fill in any pauses and answer questions detailed. Jake used body language during the interview, he used his hand a lot when talking. He always made eye contact throughout the interview which portrayed him to be engaged in conversation. Jake sold himself well, although he could improve on making sure his answers are serious .
Moreover, his overall interview was effective.

feedback I received; 
Lou’s interview was good as she answered every question in its entirety. Also the answers to the questions were honest as Lou had mentioned weaknesses that she has. Another thing is her body language was rather good as she wasn't slouched and looked confident while answering the questions. 
 
One thing Lou could work on is the flow of her answers as she had pause multiple times while answering. Also that she could improve on keeping eye contact with the interviewer as she kept on getting distracted while answering questions.
