Unique business model is one of the reasons why it achieve amazing financial performance, it developed a kind of very complex positioning strategies, and it stole a march on its imitators, so that lots of places can see Starbucks' figure such as airports. In addition, Starbucks promote to own as many stores as it can which led to his huge success.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>First of all, this way of opening store increases the exposure rate for the brand.<br>If customers often see this brand when they are shopping, then naturally they will feel that this brand should be popular. Being able to see a Starbucks every few steps or turn around the block will help you think of Starbucks when you're looking for a place to sit down. That's the benefit of constant exposure.<br>Second, from the point of view of business expansion, it achieves "aggressive" coverage expansion. For example, when you go out in the morning, you see a coffee shop of the same brand again when you get off the subway, and there is this coffee shop downstairs when you come to the company, which will leave a deep impression on your mind and achieve the purpose of aggressive coverage of the opening of the shop.<br>Finally, one of the things that I think is very important is diminishing marginal costs. As production increases, the cost of a single product drops, so profitability increases as the plant's fixed expense ratio drops as the number and size of nearby stores can be supported.</div>]]></description>
