What are your skills?<br><br>Used this as an icebreaker activity, everyone wrote their answers on 3 separate post-stick notes then took it in turns to give their answers and stick them on the wall <br>Great way to instantly find things in common in people, recognise peoples skills and creates a positive feeling afterwards</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ask an individual/group to draw two people, writing depression on the top of one and anxiety on the other<br>Ask them to label the symptoms of depression and anxiety to parts of the body<br>e.g. butterflies in the stomach, sweaty hands, heart racing<br><br>This exercise can help people more aware of how much depression and anxiety can effect a person. This activity has been used with children with small understanding of mental health and worked really well and there is an example of work they completed</div>]]></description>
