         <description><![CDATA[<div>Carbohydrates- is the main source of energy.&nbsp; Helps the baby growing<br>Nutrients- A pregnant woman needs 300 calories per day more. These 300 calories&nbsp; should be foods with nutrients.<br>Daily Vitamin:&nbsp;<br>Vitamin A: Helps bones and teeth grow<br>Vitamin C: protects tissues from damage and helps body absorb iron, healthy immune system<br>Vitamin E: Helps body form and use red blood cells and muscles&nbsp;<br>Fruits &amp; Vegetables: they have many important nutrients. ( important ones are Vitamin C and Folic Acid&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
