Also I need to be focused on what I'm doing at the time. I need to eat and sleep well because if not I will feel tired and not ready to learn.<br>-------------------------------------------<br>When I'm in the green zone I feel focused ready to learn and I'm quiet or just talking a little bit and my mind feels ready to learn.</div>]]></description>
