4. I learned about the principles of planning and decision-making skills and how they help within a business.

5. I learned about the hierarchy of authority. Tim Cook who's the CEO of Apple would be at the very top of the hierarchy.

6. In this module, I learned about the different roles human resources plays. I also learned communication throughout an organization.

7. I learned about Leadership and what it takes to effectively lead a team as well as keep them motivated.

8. I learned about how to control operations. Why companies set standards, and the different ways they measure performance.
