Christian view- in the bible they believe that god/Jesus will forgive us for our sins. sometimes people will go in to church and do a confession where they sit in a box with a little opaque window and they say things they’ve done wrong or the sins that they have done, once they are done the priest will say “Upon this your confession and in the stead and by the command of my Lord Jesus Christ, I forgive you all your sins in the name of the lord”

The Jewish View of sin and forgiveness
The Jewish God allows Jews to repent from their sins and allow to be forgiven. Jews believe that all people sin at different periods of time in their lives. In Judaism law someone must not be forgiven unless they perform The ritual Tereshkova

The Islam view of sin and forgiveness
Muslims see sin as anything that goes against the commandments made by Allah (Islams God) Islam teaches that sin is a act not a state of being. Muslims get tough about forgiveness from the Qur'an. The Qur'an strongly encourage Muslims to forgive wrongdoing. The term used to forgive people who have done wrong is 'to pardon', just as Allah will forgive people on the Day of Judgement for things which they have done.
